This August I’ll be presenting a new comic as another unfolding branch of my Trans Metaphysics project slash PhD research at the Comics Studies Society virtual conference, entitled Re/Building Community! I’ll be presenting on Day 1, August 6th, in session #7 on a panel called Graphic Identities. I’ll be presenting a short comic called The Man in the Mirror: Trans Subjectivity and Lacan in Autobiographical Comics, which will discuss issues surrounding how the self’s subjectivities are presented trans-authored comics.
